STEM-DLD (District Level Deliberation) expert-led workshop for mathematics teachers was held at Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya, Kurukshetra. The six-hour workshop was conducted by experts Dr Raghvendra Pratap Singh, Shiv Charan Gupta and Pooja Chhabra. The programme began with the traditional ‘Deep Prajwalan’ ceremony, followed by Dr Raghvendra Pratap Singh’s engaging session. Drawing from his rich experience, he emphasised the significance of precision in mathematics and explained key concepts such as sets, functions, limits, continuity, differentiation, and their geometrical representations through practical examples. The latter half of the workshop was led by Shiv Charan Gupta, who focused on inclusive and effective teaching practices. Principal Narayan Singh and the school extended heartfelt thanks to the experts and the Education Department for selecting Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya as the venue for the workshop.
