A two-day CBP workshop on Health and Wellness was organised at the school auditorium. Navdeep Bhandari, Principal of GNPS, Dalhousie, and a recipient of 24 National Awards and Dr Sumita Thakur, Principal of Greenfield Public School, Kurukshetra, were the resource persons. Both speakers have made significant contributions in the field of education. They shared their experiences and motivated teachers to pay more attention to the health of students and themselves, encompassing both mental and physical well-being. The workshop featured various activities, including discussions on techniques to build strong bonds with students, helping to address factors that contribute to tension, depression, anxiety and more. Teachers actively participated in role-plays and other activities during the workshop.
