In a significant step towards fostering inclusive education, an enlightening workshop on "Understanding Children with Special Needs (CWSN) and Learning Disabilities" was organised at the school. It was led by renowned expert Dr Mansi, a leading voice in special education and inclusive practices. The workshop was attended by the school faculty, academic coordinators and shadow teachers. Dr Mansi shared valuable insights on various types of learning disabilities and developmental delays. The session emphasised the importance of recognising and supporting the diverse needs of learners in mainstream classrooms. The workshop clarified the roles and collaborative responsibilities of class teachers, special educators and shadow teachers, promoting a unified approach to inclusive education.
