DAV Public School, Palampur, hosted a one-day transformative workshop on ‘Stress Management (Domain 3)’ being organised by the CBSE COE- Panchkula. The workshop aims at empowering teachers with effective strategies to navigate academic pressures and promote overall well-being. The workshop commenced with the lighting of the holy lamp. The principal of the school welcomed resource persons Priya Kapil and Sanjay Kumar by presenting floral bouquets. The workshop benefitted the teachers, they learnt effective techniques to manage workload-related stress, improve productivity, and maintain their physical and mental well-being. By managing their own stress, teachers can create a more positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters academic success and personal growth. This workshop was a valuable experience that empowered the teachers to take control of their well-being. By prioritising stress management and incorporating mindfulness, deep breathing, time management and support systems into their daily lives, participants can maintain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Principal Dr VK Yadav extended his gratitude to CBSE COE-Panchkula and the resource persons for their valuable contributions to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
