Under the aegis of the Founders and Directors, Dr Earnest Charles Samuel and Dr Annie Charles Samuel, along with Principal Dr Praveena John Singh, the school conducted a workshop on 21st century teaching skills. The session was organised in collaboration with Full Marks Publications, with Anjan Ganguly as the lead speaker. The workshop aimed to equip educators with the tools needed to meet the demands of the modern classroom. Ganguly guided teachers on fostering essential skills in students, including adaptability, critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, effective communication, media literacy and the use of technology. Additional emphasis was placed on developing social skills, productivity, leadership qualities and emotional intelligence. Practical teaching strategies for students from Nursery to Class XII were also shared during the session. The workshop concluded with a thought-provoking video that highlighted the importance of understanding and addressing students' needs with care and sensitivity to help them realise their full potential. The Principal said such workshops enlighten educators on effective methods to engage with students both constructively and empathetically. The Founders and Directors added that continuous professional development through initiatives like this is vital in enhancing teaching standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
