The fourth day of the summer camp commenced with great energy. The morning featured yoga and dance sessions led by the school's trainers, during which students practised postures such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, as well as Pranayama and meditation, enhancing physical flexibility, mental balance and discipline. This was followed by a lively dance session. The school also celebrated World Environment Day with particular fervour. The campus was adorned with greenery and eco-friendly decorations, while all students, teachers, and staff wore green attire to demonstrate their commitment to nature and the environment. Each student brought a healthy, home-cooked meal reinforcing messages about a "junk food-free lifestyle" and a "safe environment." During the programme, the management and teachers educated students about the importance of tree planting. Practical lessons covered seed sowing, soil preparation, watering, digging pits and using compost. Many students planted saplings themselves and pledged to nurture them responsibly. Principal Ravindra Kumar said, "Today reminds us that the environment is not merely a subject but the very foundation of life. We must strive to live in harmony with nature. Tree planting, water conservation, and avoiding plastic - these small steps pave the way for significant change." The event concluded with all participants pledging to plant at least one tree annually, avoid plastic and raise environmental awareness. School administrator VP Sharma said the camp day contributed not only to physical and creative growth but also instilled a strong environmental consciousness. He commended the initiative for fostering a deep sense of responsibility among students.
