Yadavindra Public School, Mohali, hosted the Frank Anthony Memorial All India Inter-School English Debate Competition (Category I). Eight premier ICSE schools from Punjab participated in the event, organised under the aegis of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The debate, which commemorates visionary educationist Frank Anthony, aimed to nurture critical thinking, persuasive communication, and respectful discourse among young minds. The topic, "AI in education will widen the gap between privileged and underprivileged," sparked intense discussions. Director Major General TPS Waraich (retd) highlighted the relevance of AI in education. The adjudicators ensured a fair evaluation and awards were given to Gurrehmat Kaur Brar (Best Speaker) and Jagriti Rana and Shine Goyal (Best Team). The school extends its gratitude to participating schools, teachers and CISCE for hosting this distinguished event.
