Yadavindra Public School, Patiala, celebrated its 76th Annual Academic Day in the Captain Amarinder Singh auditorium, honouring the achievers of the academic year 2024-25. The event was attended by esteemed guests, including Dr Balbir Singh, Cabinet Minister, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, as the chief guest, along with board members, district officials, teachers and parents. The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp and Guru Vandana, followed by the presentation of senior and junior school reports by the head students. Headmaster Navin Kumar Dixit congratulated the students and parents on their outstanding achievements.
The students were felicitated with school awards, platinum category awards in academics, medals for best performers in various subjects, sports and co-curricular activities. Notable awardees included Mallik Arjun Ahluwalia, who won several prestigious awards, including the Aitchison Yadavindrian Old Students Medal and Divroop Kaur Sandhu, who bagged seven awards, including the S Harnam Singh Bal Maths Genius Award. Other notable winners included Suhani Singla, Parvaaz Singh Saharan and Krishiv Bansal, who received awards for their outstanding performances. Inaara Kaur Jagirdar won the Best All-Round Student Trophy of Junior School and Phulkian House won the Champion House Cup for the Best All-Round House.
