Fourteen-year-old Dhinidhi Desinghu clocked the ‘best Indian time’ in the girls’ 100m freestyle event on way to a fourth place finish at the 11th Asian Group Aquatics Championships in Philippines. The teenager’s time (57.33 seconds) was better than what Olympian Maana Patel (58.42) and 21-year-old Shivangi Sarma (59.05) could manage in the women’s 100m freestyle event.
