Basketball's flagship project now part of the FIBA pro tour

Chandigarh: The Basketball Federation of India’s flagship 3x3 project — BFI-INBL 3x3 — is now a part of the FIBA 3x3 World Pro Circuit, with the international body according the inaugural season with the status of FIBA 3x3 Quest. The winners in the men’s category of the BFI-INBL 3x3 Season 1, scheduled for May 27-29, will travel to the FIBA 3x3 World Tour event in Cebu, Philippines, to be played on October 1-2. The National Finals will be considered as the Quest Final, while the city competitions will be considered as Quest Stops. As a result, the BFI-INBL 3x3 Season 1 has been renamed as the BFI-INBL 3x3 Season 1 Quest.
