Lukaku takes seconds to score
MILAN: Inter Milan moved seven points clear at the top of Serie A today as Romelu Lukaku scored after 32 seconds and bagged an assist in a 3-0 win over midtable Genoa. The Belgian striker drove through the heart of the visiting defence and fired in his 18th league goal of the season to register his club’s second fastest Serie A strike since Opta started taking records in 2004.
Mbappe nets double
PARIS: Paris St Germain’s Kylian Mbappe bagged a double as they hammered bottom side Dijon 4-0 away to cut Lille’s Ligue 1 lead to one point on Saturday. Mbappe added to Moise Kean’s early opener with Danilo Pereira wrapping it up late on to lift PSG to second. PSG were without the injured Neymar, Angel Di Maria and Marco Verratti. Reuters
