Hunar clears IGU trials

Bringing laurels to the city, the 15-year-old local golfer Hunar Mittal cleared the Indian Golf Union National trials For the Queen Sirkit Cup 2020, held at Noida Golf Club and Jay Pee Greens Golf Club from January 19 to 25. The trial was of six rounds out of which best five rounds were counted. Her best of five rounds included 71-80-84-80-76. Earlier, she won the IGU Northern Junior Girls and Ladies Golf Championship, at Jaipur. She claimed the Category-B titles followed by two more top finishes. She claimed the first runners-up spot in the overall ladies category and combined category (A and B).
