Mumbai hand Jamshedpur 2-1 loss in Indian Super League

Mumbai City FC scored a come-from-behind 2-1 victory against Jamshedpur FC in their Indian Super League match here today.

While Noe Acosta (7th minute) scored for Jamshedpur from the penalty spot, Amine Chermiti (60th minute) equalised for the hosts. The match was going neck-to-neck at 1-1 and four minutes additional time was awarded in the second half. Bidyananda Singh scored in the second minute of additional time to seal the victory for Mumbai.

The win helped Mumbai maintain their fourth spot, while Jamshedpur are out of contention for the knockouts.

NorthEast face Kerala
