Sunrisers Hyderabad made the IPL play-offs road tougher for Rajasthan Royals with a comfortable seven-wicket victory here today.
Skipper Sanju Samson top-scored for Royals with his 82-run knock to take his side to 164/5 after electing to bat.
Siddarth Kaul scalped two batsmen while Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma and Rashid Khan took a wicket apiece for SRH, who are already out of reckoning for the play-offs. SRH knocked off the target in 18.3 overs with opener Jason Roy scoring 60 runs and skipper Kane Williamson scoring an unbeaten 51.

Kuldeep Yadav to miss domestic season?
New Delhi: Left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav has sustained a serious knee injury and is likely to miss most of the domestic season, having already come back to India with his IPL campaign in the UAE cut short. The out-of-favour India international who was with Kolkata Knight Riders is expected to go through a long rehabilitation process. “Kuldeep twisted his knee during a practice session in the UAE,” a senior BCCI official said. pti
