Mohali shooter Tikka Jai Singh Sodhi qualified for the national tournament in Double Trap event after winning the gold medal in the ongoing 63rd National Shooting Competition of Shotgun , at Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range, in New Delhi. A student of Learning Paths School, Sodhi will now participate in the first trials for international matches. The trials will be held at Bhopal from December 7 to 10. Sodhi is already a member of junior India shooting team in the 25m pistol event. However, he has qualified for the double trap event in his very first attempt.
