Former cricketer Virender Sehwag on Tuesday cheekily announced to come out of International retirement seeing the growing number of injuries in the Indian team on the Australia tour.

“Itne sab players injured hain , 11 na ho rahe hon toh Australia jaane ko taiyaar hoon, quarantine dekh lenge,” he tweeted.

As India prepare for fourth and final Brisbane Test with the series tied 1-1, the team resembles a mini-hospital and coach Ravi Shastri and skipper Ajinkya Rahane would be at their wits’ end to put together a fit eleven after Jasprit Bumrah and Mayank Agarwal joined the list of injured cricketers.

Ishant Sharma, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Varun Chakravarthy, Rohit Sharma, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, Rishabh Pant, Hanuma Vihari, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mayank Agarwal, Jasprit Bumrah are the players on the injury list. — PTI
