How is this season different from the last one?

This season is actually very special. It’s undoubtedly double the thrill, fun and entertainment. I am very happy and confident because the energy of the shoot was right.

What makes KKK different from other shows?

Talking about other reality shows, we know it’s a once-a-week deal that has a set format to it, but this one comes up with new challenges every day. In fact, I keep telling my team that this is a very tedious show for me because you are on your toes for 15 hours every day for 45 days straight. The preparations and planning begin six months before going on the field. So, it takes a lot from you.

Which task according to you was difficult this year?

It is not about a task; the whole setup was difficult and challenging this time. We had to work following the protocols, and it was difficult to execute such a big show with all the restrictions in place. The whole team from India and Cape Town comprised 150-200 people and that was a big challenge.

KKK is all about fears and phobias. What is your fear or phobia in personal life?

I am not scared of anything as such but yes, I fear about the health and happiness of my loved ones.

Is there any mentor who motivates you?

My father has been my guruji and my inspiration. When you keep working and people love and appreciate it then they become your mentor and the process goes on.

Does your family stop you from performing any stunt?

This is my profession, the house ‘runs’ because of this (laughs), how will they stop me? They never stop.

Would you ever want to do Bigg Boss?

Salman is hosting it very well. He is doing his show and I am doing mine. And I am happy like that. Now, even Ranveer has joined the league so now there are three of us on Colors TV.

Any plans of producing a show for TV or OTT?

I have not thought about OTT yet. There is already Suryavanshi and Cirkus in the pipeline.

Any update on the release of Suryavanshi?

The situation is such that none of us have an answer to it. We do not know when the theatres will open and now there is a prediction of a third wave. So, now we can only wait and watch.

Tell us something about your movie Cirkus.

It is a hilarious film. We have made it keeping in mind the current times.
