Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday said told the state Assembly that singer Zubeen Garg’s death while swimming in the sea in Singapore “is a case of plain and simple murder”. He claimed that one person killed Garg and others helped him. He stated that four-five more persons would be booked in the case. The SIT probing the circumstances of the singer’s death, has already added murder charges to the case and so far arrested seven persons.
