Amid GST hike, Paneer butter masala fuels laughter burst on Twitter with netizens expressing dismay through memes

Twitter has been flooded with a plethora of memes after central government unleashed GST upon commodities which were not under the ambit of taxation till now and simultaneously hiking tax upon few other items. However, Paneer butter masala remains trending as the hike has left dish lovers sulking.
In the course, many have put out a riddle for people to calculate aggregate GST on Paneer butter masala dish, taking into account the tax imposed individually on Paneer, Butter and Masala which is 5 per cent, 12 per cent and 5 per cent respectively.
Gst on paneer is 5%
Gst on butter is 12%
