Assam girl Binita Chhetry stuns ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judges with mesmerising dance

An eight-year-old girl from Assam has left the judges of ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ amused with her dance performance.

In a video of the programme that has gone viral on social media, she introduces herself as Binita Chhetry. Her breathtaking performance earns her a standing ovation from both the judges and the audience.

Introducing herself, she says, “My name is Binita Chhetry and I am eight years old. I am from Assam, India. ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ is my dream stage and I want to win it. I would like to buy a ‘Pink Princess House’.”

She wins the hearts of the judges and audience with her confidence.

The girl has garnered praise for her performance.

The video also caught the attention of Anand Mahindra, the renowned industrialist. Sharing the clip on X, he wrote, “Just 8 years old. World-class. Steel-willed; because that kind of mastery over her body comes only with intense practice. And with unwavering focus on her ambition, even if it’s just a ‘Pink Princess House.’ She’s my #MondayMotivation.”

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, too, shared the video and wrote, “My best wishes to the little one and hope she is able to buy a Pink Princess House.”

Netizens couldn’t hold back their appreciation and wished for Binita’s success.
