Bengaluru police fulfil wish of boys with serious health ailments; appoint them DSPs to give them sense of their dream job

In a heartfelt gesture, Bengaluru police is being hailed for fulfilling the wish of two students by making them city DCPs for few hours. The duo has been battling a difficult illness and had wished to become police officers.
The photo of both 13-year-old boys, Mitilesh and Mohammad Salman, has been shared on Twitter by Bengaluru police DCP C K Baba with a profound note. โA humbling day as I stood in attention to DCPs for the day. Courageous children, who are fighting a difficult disease and we played a small part in making their wish come true, albeit for a few hours only. Happiness unlimited for them and satisfaction for us,โ the caption of the post reads.

The boys, in the shared picture, can be seen donning the police attire and were reportedly received by officers with salutes in DSP chamber.
As per a report of TOI, the dream of these boys was fulfilled by Make A Wish foundation which got in touch with police and made requisite arrangements.
Netizens seem to be really touched by this sweet gesture of police. Many find the act of cops thoughtful and inspiring for society.
