Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has once again drawn attention to controversy surrounding Jeffrey Epstein at a time when Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI has closed probe into the case.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Musk shared an image labeled the "Jeffrey Epstein Pedophile Arrest Counter"—which displayed all zeroes—alongside the caption: "What's the time? Oh look, it's no-one-has-been-arrested-o'clock again."

The post reflects growing public frustration over the lack of high-profile arrests following Epstein's death and the limited accountability for others potentially involved.

Musk’s remarks resurfaced an earlier claim he made in June, where he stated: “Trump is in the Epstein files.”

Musk’s post coincides with the release of a newly surfaced memo from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI, obtained by Axios.

The memo states that Epstein died by suicide in 2019 and that investigators found no evidence of a blackmail "client list" tied to his trafficking operations.

Earlier claims by figures such as former Attorney General Pam Bondi suggested such a list did exist. The DOJ’s report also confirmed that no additional charges would be filed against other individuals related to the case.

Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former associate, continues to serve a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and related crimes.
