Google Gurugram office video goes viral: Employees enjoy post-lunch naps

A video on Instagram has taken the internet by storm displaying the workplace of Google office in Gurugram.

The clip, shared on Instagram by Shivani Gupta, on her account @shivjeee, shows employees comfortably napping after meals, drawing amusing reactions online.

In the video, Shivani can be heard describing how she started her day, grabbed snacks at the micro-kitchen, brainstormed ideas for a project over a round of pool, had lunch, napped for a while, learned new skill, and ended the day on a massage chair.

The facilities such as micro-kitchen, tech-vending machine, delicious lunch, nap-room, massage chair grabbed people’s attention. However many pointed out that ‘work’ was the only thing missing.

Google is usually known for its employee-friendly policies, such as providing nap rooms and flexible work schedules.
