In a remarkable display of composure and maturity, Chief Superintendent of Police Hina Khan diffused a heated confrontation with a group of lawyers in Gwalior by joining them in chanting "Jai Shri Ram". The incident occurred when Khan stopped a group of lawyers, led by Anil Mishra, from holding a Ramayan recital at a Hanuman temple without permission, citing ongoing prohibitory orders.

As tensions escalated, Mishra accused Khan of being 'anti-Sanatan' Dharma, prompting her to respond with a loud and confident chant of "Jai Shri Ram". Khan's bold move left the crowd stunned, and Mishra visibly speechless, effectively preventing the situation from spiraling out of control.

Mishra and his supporters had brought a tent to the temple for the recital, but Khan's team returned the materials and denied permission for the event. When Mishra accused Khan of being against Sanatana Dharma, she calmly replied, "You are wrong, I am not." "If you think chanting Jai Shri Ram will put pressure on me, then you are wrong," Khan stressed, maintaining eye contact with the crowd.
