The 36-year-old actress, known for her roles in Emily in Paris and To The Bone, wore a striking sequined two-piece at Calvin Klein's Fall 2025 showcase, but it was her dramatic weight loss that stole the spotlight - and sparked anxiety among followers.

Fans flooded social media with mixed reactions, many expressing genuine concern over her health.

Comments ranged from "I really like you @lilyjcollins... But as a woman and a mother of girls, I feel worried about this post. It doesn’t seem healthy" to "She’s beautiful, but this is concerning". Some defended Collins, saying her appearance doesn’t define her health: "If she wasn’t healthy, she wouldn’t have that hair, she wouldn’t walk in heels like she does".

Collins has been open about her past battles with eating disorders like anorexia, detailing her experiences in her 2017 memoir Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me. She portrayed a character with anorexia in To The Bone, a role she found cathartic and part of her healing process.
