Techie in Amritsar receives reply to school homework mail after nine years

An Amritsar-based tech professional recently received a reply to an email she had sent to her school nine years ago, sparking surprise and amusement online. The unusual incident came to light after she shared the experience on social media, where it quickly went viral.

The viral X post read, “Just checked out my mail and saw my computer teacher who used to teach me in 7th class replied to my mail after 9 years!!”

Preksha had mailed her homework to her teacher on June 30, 2016. In the mail, Preksha wrote, “Good evening Ma’am, I’m Preksha of class VII-H. I made this flower on Adobe Illustrator.”

Preksha was startled to see a response in 2025, nine years later. The teacher replied, “it was beautiful. sorry for being late.”

Amused by this, netizens flooded the post by likes and comments.
