According to eyewitnesses, the delivery worker was riding his bike when he spotted the ICE agents approaching him. One officer yelled "Get him!" as the worker took off on foot, leaving the agents struggling to keep up. Despite their tactical gear, the ICE officers were no match for the agile delivery worker, who successfully evaded capture.
