Winter discount in HPTDC hotels to continue till April 15
In order to attract more tourists as well as to increase the revenue to meet the day-to-day requirement, the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited (HPTDC) has decided to offer a winter discount on booking rooms in around 50 of its hotels from January 3 till April 15.
According to HPTDC officials, the decision has been taken to ensure that more tourists visit Himachal Pradesh during this period. The officials have stated that the online reservation for the said period has been monitored at the corporate office level. It has been found that the advance reservation for this period is low. Moreover as per past record the period during January to April is lean tourist season.
Therefore, keeping this in mind, the corporation has decided to offer 40 per cent discount at Chail Palace, Log Huts Manali, Hotel Manimahesh in Dalhousie, Hotel Apple Blossom in Fagu, The Golf Glade in Naldehra, Hotel Gaurikund in Bharmaur, Hotel Devdar in Khajjiar, Hotel Shrikhand in Sarahan and in Hotel Giriganga in Khadapathar.
Additionally, the corporation is also offering 30 per cent discount in Hotel Holiday Home in Shimla, Hotel Peterhoff, Hotel Chanshal in Rohru, Hotel Nurpur in Nurpur, Hotel Iravati in Chamba, Hotel Baghal in Darlaghat, Chintpurni Heights in Bharwain, Hotel Hilltop in Swarghat, The Kunal in Dharamsala, Hotel Shiwalik in Parwanoo, Lake View in Bilaspur, Hotel Yamuna in Paonta Sahib, Hotel Neugal in Palampur, Camping Site at Pong Dam, Hotel Tea Bud in Palampur, Hotel Ros Common in Kasauli, Hotel Renuka, Hotel Club House, McLeodganj, Tourist Inn in Rajgarh, The Castle in Naggar, Hotel Silvermoon in Kullu, Hotel Hatu in Narkanda, Hotel Kashmir House in Dharamsala, Hotel Kunzun in Manali, Hotel Geetanjali in Dalhousie, Hotel Meghdoot in Kiarighat and in Hadimba Cottage in Manali.
Furthermore, the HPTDC is also offering 20 per cent discount in Hotel Rohtang Manalsu in Manali, Hotel Bhagsu in McLeodganj, Hotel Dhauladhar in Dharamsala and in Yatri Niwas in Chamundaji.
