A Pakistani cricket fan whose expression of disappointment following his country’s loss to Australia during the ICC World Cup 2019 had gone viral has made it to the first Museum of Memes in Hong Kong.

Two years after the match, Sarim Akhtar’s picture can still be seen on various occasions on different social media platforms.

Akhtar has shared on Twitter the news about the viral meme making it to the museum.

“I got featured in Hong Kong Museum of memes, yohooo,” Akhtar tweeted, sharing a screenshot of the meme displayed at the museum.

“Take a look at the share: You are like the Mona Lisa now. Ages hence kids are going to look at this meme and say this is a masterpiece,” wrote a Twitter user. “I think you should be an emoji,” commented another.
