Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has rejected her Republican rival Donald Trump’s offer to shift the presidential debate to the Fox News channel, media reports said on Sunday.
On Saturday, Trump said that he has agreed to an offer from Fox News to hold a debate with Harris on September 4, shifting from ABC News, CBS News reported.
Turning down the offer, Harris said: “It’s interesting how ‘any time, any place’ becomes ‘one specific time, one specific safe space’.” — PTI

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
