Tehran ‘reserves all options’ to retaliate to US attacks: Iranian diplomat
Iran's top diplomat warned on Sunday that the US attacks on its nuclear sites “will have everlasting consequences” and that Tehran “reserves all options” to retaliate.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who posted on X, was the first ranking official to comment on the strikes on Isfahan, Fordo and Natanz by the Americans.
“The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences,” Araghchi wrote.
He added: “In accordance with the UN Charter and its provisions allowing a legitimate response in self-defence, Iran reserves all options to defend its sovereignty, interests and people.”
