TaskUs offers holistic support through its welfare programs, designed to prioritize employees and their families:
Hope Beyond Life
All permanent, full-time TaskUs India employees are eligible for this benefit from their date of joining. In the unfortunate event of an employee’s passing, TaskUs will extend support to their legally nominated dependents for up to two years. This support includes a life insurance payout, accidental death benefit (if applicable), and monthly financial assistance; scholarship support for up to two children (up to Sr. Manager level) under the TaskUs NextGen Scholarship Program; continued medical coverage for eligible dependents through the existing Group Medical Insurance plan; and efforts to offer employment to one legally qualified dependent, subject to eligibility and timing.
NextGen Scholarship
The NextGen Scholarship program is designed to empower the next generation by providing financial assistance that helps students achieve their academic goals without the burden of financial constraints. It supports employees and their families by investing in their children's education, reinforcing a sense of loyalty and community within the organization. The program also encourages academic excellence by recognizing students who demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership qualities, and a commitment to their communities. It reflects TaskUs’ broader commitment to corporate social responsibility by contributing to society through education and empowerment.
Employee Assistance Program for Mental Health Support
The Employee Assistance Program is a global mental health support benefit fully paid for by TaskUs, available 24/7 to all active employees and their immediate family members living in the same household. This program offers a wide range of emotional and mental health resources, including up to six life coaching sessions by phone with a professional coach, access to AWARE—a mindfulness-based stress reduction program—and confidential counselling for personal conflicts and dilemmas. It also includes Computerized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT), offering weekly online sessions to support challenges like anxiety, stress, and depression by teaching practical strategies to improve wellbeing. Additionally, the Work Life Benefit provides access to legal, financial, and caregiving resources, including referrals and information on child and elder care, legal and financial guidance, and everyday life challenges such as parenting, budgeting, travel, and health.
Inclusivity remains at the heart of TaskUs' culture. Nearly half (49%) of its global workforce are women, and the company champions equity and representation for the LGBTQIA+ community.
