BJP invites Kejri, Sheila to yoga event

New Delhi, June 19 

The BJP has invited Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and DPCC president Sheila Dikshit to participate in the yoga event to be organised on the occasion of the International Yoga Day on June 21. 

The yoga events will be organised at 300 places in all the 280 mandals of state, in which the party office-bearers along with the prominent persons will participate, said Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari. 

He said there would be 40 prominent places where the event would be held and Union Ministers and VVIPs would grace the event there. 

Tiwari said that all seven BJP MPs of Delhi would participate in the event in their respective constituencies. 

He said, “I will perform yoga pranayam in a beautiful atmosphere on the bank of Yamuna in Ghonda under my parliamentary constituency and I invite Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and state Congress President Sheila Dikshit to perform yoga with me so that the message of yoga may reach to all the people of Delhi.” —TNS
