DTC and DSIIDC signed an MoU to build a new DTC headquarters at IP Bus Depot, ITO, for Rs 207 crore. The 12-floor building will include office space, commercial areas, green zones, and parking for buses and cars. DSIIDC retains 50% commercial rights for 30 years. Completion is expected in 2.5 years.
