A man in Ghazipur, Sandeep, was arrested for allegedly setting his father-in-law, Ranveer Singh, on fire after an argument. Singh died from his injuries. Sandeep had a history of violence and substance abuse. He was apprehended on August 19th after the incident on August 16th.

Delhi Police arrested two sharpshooters from the Neeraj Faridpuria gang for a shooting at Elvish Yadav's house. The arrested individuals, Gaurav Singh and Aditya Tiwari, were acting on orders from the gang, who provided funds and logistics.
