A 22-year-old man, Ram Avatar, was arrested in Delhi for allegedly attempting to murder his friend, Sonu Kohli, during a drunken fight. The argument was over money. Avatar struck Kohli twice with a brick, causing serious head injuries. Kohli is on a ventilator. Avatar has a criminal history, including a murder.
