Indian women's hockey coach gains 30,000 Twitter followers in a day after historic win; account gets verified

Indian women’s hockey team coach Sjoerd Marijne Twitter gained 30,000 followers in a day and his account got verified soon after the historic win.
He gained more than 30,000 followers in 24 hours as the Indian team defeated Australia to reach Olympics semi-finals for the first time.

On Monday, Sjoerd Marijne broke down soon after the win. Reacting to a video that went viral on Twitter, a user commented, “Real Kabir Khan”.
