Traders’ body CAIT has called for a nationwide trade bandh on Monday to express solidarity with the families of security personnel martyred in Pulwama.



Traders’ body CAIT has called for a nationwide trade bandh on Monday to express solidarity with the families of security personnel martyred in Pulwama. Traders in Delhi, Maharashtra, MP, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, UP,  Punjab, Haryana, J&K and other states will participate in the bandh. Essential items and public transport have been kept out. “In the wake of China supporting Pakistan, CAIT has also decided to launch a national campaign to boycott Chinese goods,” the traders’ body said. R’sthan textbooks to have martyrs’ tales

School textbooks in Rajasthan will have chapters on martyrdom, including that of Pulwama attack in which the state lost five CRPF soldiers recently. Minister of State for Primary and Secondary Education Govind Singh Dotasara on Sunday said the bravery tales of the martyrs needed to be told across and in the school education so that they get high respect by new students.
