NEW DELHI: It was a cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with forecast of lights rains. The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season''s average.

It was a cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with forecast of lights rains. The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.

"The sky will remain generally cloudy. Light rain can be expected," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS. The humidity at 8.30 pm was 81 per cent.

The maximum temperature was expected to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.

Monday's maximum temperature settled at 34.1 degrees Celsius, the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average. — IANS.
