Handing over homes at three projects

Raheja Developers has got Occupation Certificate for three of its projects in the NCR. The group has started handing over possessions of over 1200 units at  Navodaya,  Sampada  and  Aranya projects. Aranya is a township spread over 165.53 acres  abutting the Aravalli ranges in Sohna just 12 km from Gurgaon residential Sectors and 4 km from KMP corridor. Navodaya and Sampada are spread over 17 acres and located at a distance of just 2 minutes from IMT Manesar. Speaking on the occasion, Navin M Raheja, CMD, Raheja Developers, said, “After successfully delivering 1300 units approx, including Vedanta, Vedaas, Vedaanta Floors, Atharva and Shillas, we are offering further approximately 1000 units. We are very happy to announce the possessions of our three important projects as the focus was more on delivery, which is the most critical part in winning the trust of our customers.”
