Yamunanagar, May 26
Komal(17) of Radauri village in Radaur subdivision of Yamunanagar district, who failed in the Class 10 examination of the Board of School Education, Haryana, committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance here on Wednesday.
Sources said Komal consumed a poisonous substance at her house on Wednesday morning. She was rushed to a private hospital of Yamunanagar, where she died in the evening.
The deceased’s elder brother, Gulshan Kumar, said she was upset after she failed in the board examination.
The body was today handed over to family members after a post-mortem at the Civil Hospital, Yamunanagar .
