As our awareness level goes up, we become more comfortable with the idea that stress is just a natural part of our lives. If it were not for the minor stresses and the major stresses that we have faced, where would be the challenge within us to improve ourselves? To move from moment to moment, to upscale our own inner-selves, we need a conscious level of awareness of some of the stressors we are facing.
Recognise your problem
The first step in getting on to a stress-free zone is to identify with the fact that there is a stressor in your life. Identifying your problem is imperative. You must name your problem to have power over it.
Admitting to your problem and declaring it is as important as surrendering to it.
Understand yourself
It is very important to have a great understanding of yourself, and as a result you can perceive new possibilities. When you observe yourself objectively, you can clearly see what you need to change.
Get free from ego
You definitely need to free yourself from the self-centred ego. When you view yourself objectively and can see who you have been, you can conquer your faults and reach onto a better self. You will have a better life when the mind is free, and truly have the urge to create something that makes a difference in your life.
Wake up from your dream
I have always said we all must have a dream. And yet we need to move ahead to translate that dream into reality. We need to basically be still and quiet. Be patient with yourself. Don't be always in a hurry to accomplish. There are no hard and fast rules in life. Keep your own pace.
Pre-determined destiny
We like to believe that we have a pre-determined destiny of our brain and body. This is actually nothing but automatic enslaving hardwired programming of the mind and the memorised emotions that chemically condition the body.
Skill of contemplation
This helps us to distinguish between conscious and subconscious programming. Forget the old you.
