A labourer identified as Bhupinder Singh from Badhai village died under mysterious circumstances here on Monday night.

The exact cause of death is not known, but there were rumours about consumption of poisonous substance or drugs. However, the deceased’s family has ruled out this possibility. He was admitted to a private hospital on the Jalalabad road on Monday night, where doctor said foam was oozing from his mouth and he might have consumed some poisonous substance.
