Leh, June 19
With 26 fresh Covid cases, Ladakh’s tally has increased to 19,730. The active cases in the Union Territory dropped to 433 after 75 more patients recovered from the disease, officials said on Saturday.
Ladakh has registered 200 Covid deaths so far, with worst-hit Leh recording 143 of the total fatalities, followed by 57 in Kargil district. Of the new cases, 18 persons tested positive in Leh, taking the district tally to 16,272. — PTI
