April 19: Godfather of Harlem S02 on Disney+ Hotstar
Inspired by actual persons and events, Godfather of Harlem reimagines the story of infamous crime boss Bumpy Johnson, who in the early 1960s returned from 10 years in prison to find the neighbourhood he once ruled in shambles. With the streets controlled by the Italian mob, Bumpy must take on the Genovese crime family to regain control. The cast includes Forest Whitaker, Lucy Fry and Nigel Thatch among others.

April 19: Couple’s Therapy Season 2 on Voot Select
Couples Therapy follows eight months of therapy sessions with Dr Guralnik as she deftly guides couples through honest confrontation with each other, revealing real-life struggles and extraordinary breakthroughs. The second season sheds an intimate light on at-home confinement after last year’s Covid-19 shutdown, forcing every couple – and Dr Guralnik herself – to examine profound changes within their daily lives.

Popular TV actor Parth Samthaan makes his digital debut with this gangster drama set in Mumbai of the ’90s. It also stars Patralekhaa, Arslan Goni and Chandan Roy Sanyal in pivotal roles.
April 22: Searching for Sheela on Netflix
Based on Ma Anand Sheela, who shot to fame with her documentary Wild Wild Country, this docu-film explores Sheela’s journey through India, her big homecoming, while reminiscing about her early life and looking forward to what’s next. It digs deeper in search of Sheela’s true self, her life, and perspective.
April 23: Kathmandu Connection on SonyLIV
The series revolves around three parallel investigations—a murdered officer, a kidnapper hotelier and a journalist being stalked. As the story progresses, the viewers will get a glimpse into the lives of the characters. It stars Anurag Arora, Gopal Datt, Zakir Hussain and others.
