Chandigarh, December 14

Dr Aman Inder Singh, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandigarh, has ordered attachment of four cars of the office of Director, Health and Family Welfare Services, Punjab, after it failed to comply with an order of the court.

It pronounced the order on the execution petition filed by Om Prakash Saini, a resident of Sector 37, Chandigarh. Saini retired as a superintendent-grade 1 from the Health Department, Punjab. Saini alleged the department had failed to release his full retirement benefits despite the orders from different courts in the past. — TNS
