The Mohali police claimed to have solved last month’s Balongi firing incident along with the Baltana murder case by arresting three persons.
While the local police are tight-lipped about the identity of the three accused, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) is expected to hold a press conference regarding the same.
On July 24, 2016, three motorcycle-borne youths opened fire at Harvinder Singh (33), alias Hira in Balongi, Mohali.
The victim received three bullets on his arms and legs.
On April 28, 35-year-old Ajay Jain was shot dead in Baltana in Zirakpur by three motorcycle-borne miscreants.
