A correction

Apropos of the news item, “Aryans Trust chief sentenced to jail”, and the sub-heading, “Desh Bhagat varsity Chancellor had got jail”, which appeared in these columns on June 13, the report was concerning Zora Singh and the name of Desh Bhagat University appeared due to the fact that he happened to be the Chancellor of the university. The fine imposed on Zora Singh was Rs 21 lakh and not Rs 42 lakh.
