New Delhi: The government has shot off a second round of notices to both Cambridge Analytica (CA) and Facebook, seeking more details on the data breach highlighted last month.



New Delhi: The government has shot off a second round of notices to both Cambridge Analytica (CA) and Facebook, seeking more details on the data breach highlighted last month. Reports said the government had not received proper responses from the two firms after the first round of notices were sent last month and decided to send another set seeking more details. Saying that it has additional information from both the companies on the potential misuse of the data, the government has asked them to respond till May 10. Facebook had admitted that nearly 5.62 lakh people in India were “affected” by the incident. tns
