Amritsar: Max Fashion launched its first store in the city today. Models walked the ramp in a glittering show showcasing Max Fashion exclusive collection on the occasion. Miss India-2011 finalist Aprajita Sharma was showstopper.

Speaking on the occasion, Aprajita said, “I am very excited to be a part of Max Fashion store launch in Amritsar. Usually, festive seasons are best for shopping experience and to be spoilt for choice is always good for customers. As a brand ambassador for a fashion label, I feel comfort and individual style should define your wardrobe.”

Talking about the launch, Saurabh Garg, regional head (north), Max Fashion India, said, “We are excited to launch our first store in Amritsar. People in the city are fashion forward. We hope to impress them with our collection. Punjab is an important market for us. We are happy to launch new store with all our latest collection amidst the growing fashion consciousness in the state.”

Max festive collection showcases a variety of ethnic Indian wear that draws inspiration from ‘phulkari’ embroideries, decorative to dramatic baroques and heirloom. Max festive collection special merchandises are designed for the entire family. Bright colours of skirts, anarkalis, jewelled toned crop tops, vibrant kurtas and maxi dresses are a perfect way to brighten wardrobes. The cheerful ethnic collection for children encompasses chanderi lehenga cholis, maxi dresses and brocades. — TNS
