PUTA president Prof Rajesh Gill on Tuesday called for clearing pending promotions of teachers under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). She told VC Prof Raj Kumar that she had been approached by a number of teachers, whose cases of promotion under CAS had been lying pending in his office. — TNS
